Shipping and Delivery

We ship out once a week, every Friday. If you order before Thursday 5pm we will send out your parcel the same Friday. It can take between 3- 10 days for your parcel to arrive. Please ensure you have given us the correct address. We are not accountable if you have given us an incorrect address. Tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped. We are only able to send to the UK- Mainland and some selected European countries.

Return Policy

Our 14-day return period begins once the parcel arrives at the delivery address. If, within 14 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs; you may return it for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please email us first to confirm return address. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

🚫 **Note**: Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., additional wear, damage, missing parts).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If the item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, please email us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer either a full refund, repair, or replacement if applicable.

Privacy Policy

We collect and process customer data solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and communication. Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required to complete your purchase (e.g., shipping providers).
